    My Hands and My legs which are more powerful, but If I had Nunchucks (which I will get soon) I would carry those and scare whoever threatens me with bruce lee skills

    My Inspiration is Bruce Lee & Jackie Chan, When I watch Jackie chan movies it just makes me feel like I can do anything or a Bruce Lee Movie, So now I Weight train and practice Jeet Kune Do everyday and If I see a good stunt or movie I try it out safely

    What is the best and faster way of getting a 6 pack, I have one coming but it is a bit deformed the left half of it (your left) is a little highr than the right side, how can I get it back to normal shape?

    ok, next time I will think before I do something like that,I can still do Knuckle push-ups without problems, its just The Knuckle has like a SMALL soft bit in the middle, but round the outside its ok

    I think you can be Liscensed to have one but yeah like the other guy said, Guns are legal but nunchucks are not What the hell is up with that? THere is also another stupid Law in the UK where if you have a burglar in your house at night and he can't see and he trips over something and injures himself, he can sue you, now how stupid is that? Anyway I am going to see if Nunchucks can be liscensed, But I am still having one.

    ok I put a wooden board up and I smacked it lots of times and just gnored the pain and now my Middle knuckle has gone a bit soft and you can press it in a little bit, what did I do wrong? and will my knuckle heal quick?

    Are they Illegal in England? I need some Information please because I really want to train with Nunchaku. Are they allowed for self defence in the UK or do you need a liscence?
