  9. just like that story, the Hot part nearly happens to me everyday, I will explain...when I am doing something normal like I do everyday, sometimes I get a warm feeling in my lower abs, then when I feel it, that warm feeling shoots from my stomach and into either my feet, or my hands...when I am touching something with my hand and the warmth shoots off into my hands, the object that I touched goes really warm , I think somebody in KF will know what it is because I dont...

THis is just a topic on the things you have done before (by accident mabye) that freaked you out..... a few days ago I was in a Law lesson and I was fiddling with a locker key and just you know, not listening to the teacher, when all of a sudden SNAP!!! I snapped a Metal Locker Key and the other end just shot out of my hands like a bullet , that really did freak me out and the people around me were jaw dropped and wide eyed and I usually dont like attention so I looked down and pretended to carry on with the lesson and then somebody started bragging to somebody else that I snapped the metal, I kind of did feel proud but I dont know how it happened, my hands were hot after the half key shot out my hands...
  11. A "kip up" eh? hmmm, I always thought it was called a "kick up", well, you learn something new everyday and yes they do hurt if you mess up, I get head-aches
  12. Have you tried stretching before excercising? first do a warm up and then stretches and then i dont think you will get cramps:)
  13. its good, its great, too bad no-one I know can do even 1 and a half push ups.... (yes I am laughing at them)
  14. although it might not make a difference, I am now 113lbs, I am getting heavier, I must thank all the people who helped me in what to eat, I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I am still digging... today instead of eating 1 bowl of rice, I ate 3 and I am going to stop excersising for a while so that i can get a little fat too, when i eat I listen to eye of the tiger and Hearts on fire because when i am about to give up, the songs keep me going, THanks again to the people that helped I am very grateful ... one more thing, my cousin told me that if I drink thos mass builders and muscle builders from the shops, it will be bad for me and when I grow up my muscles will be all spongey, is that true?????

I do feel this way, I feel that I should help anyone who is in need, I have been taught by my parents to be a good child (and i am) and I have been influenced by Superman (Dean Cain Superman) to help out whoever is in need, when I help someone out I feel very good about myself, like I was a Clark Kent, a good person...But sometimes people are not good to me and because I am good, I wouldnt do anything bad back and then I feel bad if I have been insulted but I didnt insult the person back.....oh well, thats them

In school I was talking about the good ol days with my friedn and how I miss them, anyway, my friends still havent remembered except for one more, she says that she feels ashamed of herself and I told her that she should , she said she would buy me a birthday present on weekends, atleast i got something from one of them, my other friend just gave me a piece of his cake and a chocolate......

Thanks all you people, ... but there is one thing that had bothered me, although I had told all (well most) of my friends that its my birthday on Saturday (I told them countless times in the week before) non of them remembered except for one, well then we will see how they like it when their time comes....mu ha ha ha ha ha
  19. I would just like to say (if anyone cares ) that today (11/11) is my birthday, I like the date 11/11 and 11 is my luck number, on my 21st birthday the date will be 11/11/11, wow...........but now in 11/11/06 I am 16
  20. One stone is 14 lbs. Our friend weighs only 99.6 lbs. He likely does need to gain some weight, unless he is less than 5 feet tall. With respect, Sohan I am 5ft 8 inches tall............ I do weight training, I use 6kg but when I feel the right time, I lift 18kg and 400lb on legpress I eat anything, and yes I do eat because I am getting little heavy but I need to be 9 stones or 10 I get 7-8 hours of sleep but on weekends I get like 10 - 12 hours of sleep My family are not on the thin side, they are normal, I am the skinny one out (my family are impressed with my strength and super-human abilities:) THere is no stress for me, everything is all.... I use an inhaler for asthma If otherwise you are in good health (I have asthma too, though I no longer require an inhaler) then my best recommendation is eat frequently, choose calorie-dense foods such as nuts, whole dairy, dried fruit, and meats, and to consume as many foods in shake form as you can (it can be easier to consume more calories in a drink than in solid form). Eat frequently to stimulate your appetite, and avoid too much fiber, as it will make you full and stifle your appetite (just the opposite of what you will need when you're my age). Get plenty of sleep during the week, not just on the weekends, and get a trainer or experienced friend to put you on a body-building-style mass-building weight training routine, since just any old weight training may not be the best means to help you gain muscle mass. If all else fails, I'll send you some Claxton fruitcakes from Georgia---it's that time of season, and I expect I'll be inundated with them from clients. They have about 4000 calories per ounce and could make Steve Buscemi obese. With respect, Sohan THanks buddy

I want to be 9 or 10 stone, I know you have to eat but what is the best to make me more heavy??? EDIT: also I am a very active person, I run and do some heart pounding things alot....
