ooow good question!!! i recon the boxer, the jkd guy, the Bjj guy,the Bjj guy. im tihnking it would be damn hard to do any kind of throw on a sumo guy. but also it depends on what rules there playing by.
lorenzo carcaterra is one of my favourite authers, he wrote gangsters and sleepers (this is his tragic biography) they are both well worth reading. The Beach by Alex Garland. might have to be my all time favourite book.
medium resistance-fast repertitions is the way forward. fast is good, you can try adding resistance to improve your explosiveness. dont add to much to start just a little amount then work up from that. i mean if you are doin it fast with a heacy weight on you, your goin to be even faster with nothin. hope this helps.
