when I used to lift,I experimented with creatine a few times, and it was great! The only thing that I would recomend to take without worrying about anything is protein powder, unless you have kidney problems.

so what does anyone think about pankration in the ufc? -
I didn't say he couldn't make good gains,I said that if he just sticks to the same weight pair of dumbells and doesn't move on up,he's just going to maintain what he has.Anyways if this guy gets himself a set of adjustable dumbells or buys more equipment like a weight station, then he doesn't need to worry for a while.

theres an extreme sport channel?what is it? -
I don't know that much about Goju Ryu but I do know that it and Uechi are both Okananawan and derive from China. The also both have Sanchin as one of the Katas. I think Seisan and Sanseru are also common. Uechi is based on 3 Kata brought from China, and currently has 8 kata. So I think the 3 are common to both styles. The other katas of each style aren't. Also we do Sanchin open handed and I understand that you do it closed handed (please correct me if I'm wrong). yes we do sanchin close handed.yes we also have seisan and sanseru. As for kata I think we have 12 katas. If you want to know more about goju-ryu check out myschools website:http://www.samuraimartialsports.com/goju%20history.htm

no I haven't checked out the school yet being that I barely got my car and I need a job so I can pay for it.And to answer you questions here: http://chuskungfu.com/sifu.html -
that's exactly what non practitioners do aefirebird, they come here because they see people with experience and want advice.

Hey sauzin I kind of disagree with your last reply, because theres a good amount of useless stuff in the martial arts. For example the grab my wrist moves, sure they work, but rarely will somebody confront you like that. Also as for all ranges, our okinawan karate styles don't use weapons, and there isn't too much ground fighting.

I think you mean ingrown hairs.Anyways, for me having hair or noy having hair doesn't change how manly I feel. -
How to develop Chi

I'm probably going to sign up for wing chun as soon as I can work my schedule out and get a job.The only thing that I don't like about it is that the kicks are too low,but I guess it's for a good reason -
Hey Uechi Ryu sounds a lot like my style of Goju Ryu except for the dragon and tiger forms.Do you know if both of these styles have the same katas?Or if the founders ever knew each other?

or you could train in jeet kune do,they take all that is usefull and discard all the useless stuff. Also they train in every range of combat. And they don't mind that you use things that u learned previously,as long as you find them usefull.

I think pankration should be in the ufc.Pankration is pretty much mixed martial arts. -
well if you were unsatisfied with not sparring then if u do video training, your results will be pretty much the same.Unless you could find a buddy to train in those videos with u . As for Uechi Ryu,it's a form of Karate.I don't know much about it,but you could google it.
