  1. if you take muay thai is it considered normal for you to get black eyes and bruises on other places of your body? i was jus thinkin about this muay thai place near by.. but then i dun wanna go to school with a black eye or anythin like that...

  6. dont lift weights everyday. that only makes you much weaker. lift weights every other day so it gives your muscles a chance to rebuild and get stronger. if you dont you will get very weak....
  7. well from what i hear about wushu doesn't focus on fighting much but more on forms and doing really flashy stuff that looks cool.
  8. well the style helps make the fighter right. im sure any artist of any style could beat another one, but style does matter.

  10. oh... so i suppose there is no way to prevent this? is it harmful, it never happened until a month or two ago.
  11. oh try getting somewhat heavy dumbells and punch while holding on to them for a few minutes everyday. when you let them go and then punch the air you will punch a lot faster and your hands will feel like feathers.
  12. great post. saifights i believe some left handed people die a little early cos of the stress. Since most cups and stuff like that are made for right handed people and most people are right handed too.
  13. well mike when my mom once made a whole bucket of the stuff she left it in the fridge in a container. but accidently she didn't close the container all the way. later when we opened up the fridge the whole kitchen smelt like fart. but the kimchi tasted good. smelling is believing!
  14. sometimes when im running or jumping and i land suddenly i get this really stining pain in my ankles that go away pretty fast. does anyone know what it is?

  17. well muay thai you can learn pretty quick but takes years to get really good. i believe wing chun is faster to learn compared to most kung fu styles. i believe all the styles can be made effective. just check out the school and in the future please try to refrain from asking these vs. questions. no one can answer them.

  19. hi Radok maybe it has to do with what body weight exercises you've done? if its something as simple as pushups that might be it. did u try hindu push ups/squats and things like that?

  21. wing chun originally doesn't have a sash but some schools add them. willian chuengs traditional wing chun has sashes...
  22. i would have to agree with Eye of the Tiger but then i really dunno... when i find more time im gonna test it out and see which one seems better.
