My old work out is wieght lifting everyday but I take to much energy. I am a wide mucleuar guy ( no not fat )but before school, I just want to lose a few pounds. My new plan is to foget about weight lifting for 3 weeks and start more on my skills and endurence. Much like a Muay Thai Schools. Do you think I should do that or stick with weight lifting, I mean, I am already the buffest dude in school.

Ok, the real man steps in. SAN SHOU RING FIGHING IS BETTER THEN MUAY THAI , AND SO IS THE OUT OF THE RING FIGHTING. Muay Thai alway try to fight on the ring and rarly learn street defence because they want to be really good on the ring. As for San Shou, they learn real defence as much as ring fighting or even more. Yet, San vs Muay Thai is a 2 on 2 tie in fighting with both muay thai and san shou rules. Muay Thai guys train on the ring 90 percent and San Shou train for the ring 50 Percent and there is a tie. I am not saying that San Shou is Better. And Cung Le kicked the Muay Thai people's bootucks!

Ok what ever you say man. I love fighting to the point where I am crazy about it. Hey, man you could be what every you want like a coumputer guy, sales men or what every boring job. I don't want to wast my life on nothing. I don't want to sit next to a computer for hours and answering phone call. I want to be a role modle, sombody famous and, sombody a child could say " look I want to be him!"............... Hey , top fighters get alot of money and women.

He said limit, not kill you self. Limit is how much you can take and if you could achive that every day, you can be ufc fighing champion. It is extremly hard to do that and you need real good displine.

4 Rounds of fighting, 3 minutes a round, alot like muay thai. San Shou is really fun and good and more people should start learning it. It is safe Because You land on a mat, not a hard floor.
