  3. They seem so pure and they do not eat meat or have sex. ( I don't know about the the young monks thou, now a days they are crazy ) The old monk do not drink beer of what ever, do not smoke. But, he can kill easly. Damn, I admire him but I have to have a hard drink somthing, so what if i'm under age. A party with grils but mentaly, I want to train like him.

  6. It was last year. The teacher was a old monk and his student tought us and somtimes he will to but mostly he tought Us about inner energy and the yound people told us about outter energy. I don't really know how to put their names in english and For two days, I am not supose to ask for there frist name, it is not polite. I call them sifu and Lou Si.

  8. A While ago, I went to a shoulin. It is a Temple with monks and every thing. And students from all over the world go there but mosty chinese. I had to live there for 2 days. Here is what we did. Wake up at 6 am.--- Low horse stance for 1 hour, no getting up at all. Slow breathing tec. Like the diver, it helps the lungs. Man was My leg tried, I only stood for 10 mins. Give it a try, low horse stance for 10 mins. 6:00--- Medatite 7 am--- Run 2 miles 8 am --- Punch, Kick, Block, Doge 12 --- eat 12:30--- rest ( finally ) 2:00--- Hard body ( Makeing body hard by beating on it ) 3:00 --- foot work 5:00 eat-- 5: 30 rest 7:00 weapons--- 10:00 sleep Holly [word edited out]. I can't last at all and In My school I am the best of the best. All day is training. The kid there are tough but they are tough Zen to keep them not voilent. I am so glade that I will go back next year

Frist< you get used to the same thing over and over again Second< You push to hard and need rest. Like if you rest 1 minutes between set, change it, instead, rest 30 second. Switch the training order. exapmle: you do chest, biceps, upper back, lllll instead do biceps, upperback, and then chest. Never swing you arm when doing work outs. you don't need to know every move unless you want to be a body builder so stick to the basic and change routien when it is not working. Always stick to a plan untill it stop working so don't let anything mess up you plan. Do 8 to 12 reps, If it is to easy, you are lifting to little weight, if to hard, you are lifting to much

  12. what the heck. how come there is boxing every tuesday night adn friday night but there are no muaythai, san shou, and kickboxing.
  13. It is never to late. It is good but you don't like Muay Thai, try San Shou.
  14. It is very good but 200 curls!! I can understand 200 push up but I do 5 sets of 12 on my bicep every other day. 200!!
  15. Hehe, I never think style vs. style. I think Country vs. Country. I think I will master in San Shou in stead since China is a powerfull country and The country has the fastest growing rates in the world ( in encomney wise ). In about 10 years, A SanShou Dude that is a champion or somthing could make alot of mooola.

  17. Weight lifting is great. I can't name everything so grabe a weight lifting book and learn. My best advise is: Al ways do right tec no matter what Al ways try to do 8 to 12 reps( not to easy, not to hard) When you feel it in you mucles, you are doing it worng, When you are feeling it in you joints, you are doing it wrong. Don't arch your back in bench press.
  18. Hey! When it comes to fitness, I'm the master. for you belly, try different exerices instead of sit up. Try: crunches leglift bends That is the only " secret" ( alone wiht many others) to lose you belly.
