I have just found out from one of my senseis that I have been asked by non other than sensei Frank Brennan himself to go to a competition that is coming up in England. BUT! I am going on Holiday soon and I will miss it! I am only a Brown and Double white belt in Shotokan Karate and this could have been my big chance! I dont know why Sensei Brennan said I could do it. But I am going to miss it anyway!

My Sensei says that Power is nothing with out Speed and I do agree with him. I mean you see all of these constant debates on what is better, Speed or Power? I think that none can exist without the other personally.

White Warlock, I think you have a point. Like you say, we are not built to be able to move like water. But as you say we can do things mentally with our mind. If you approach things weith your mind then it can become easier and more simpler to understand. So, Bruce's analogies may have been cute, but thet were very accurate!
