how about this.......... i shall live with perseverance in the spirit of taekwondo. having honor with others, integrity with myself, and self control of my actions. may we all live with YOM CHI within ourselves during this stessful time in AMERICA....(integrity)

SLIM...what's your age?.....a knee support wouldn't be a bad idea...also this could be related to post flu symptoms.......have you mentioned this to your doctor yet?...........

it's been a while.....so i ask again; do we have anymore korean/taekwondo/hapkido people in our karateforums family....

the AXE KICK is a simple technique that isn't used much in other martial arts, but can be quite devestating to your opponent. especially if they are shorter than you......because it goes above their head and then strikes downward with lots of power..........

another oath/creed: i will practice in the spirit of taekwondo, with courtesy for my fellow students, loyalty for my instructor, and respect for my juniors and seniors.
