  1. Thank you for the submission.
  2. As this thread is really old and the topic starter is no longer an active user here, I am going to go ahead and close this. Thanks.
  3. Please answer the questions posted by the thread starter directly and stay on topic. Thank you.
  4. Yeah, generally it means parents. There is curriculum. You choose your curriculum (having the freedom to choose your own curriculum is a good thing) and do your work. I actually kept most to myself without my Mom for the last few years (high school). Just didn't need anyone really. Was pretty self sufficient. And, of course, if I hadn't been homeschooled, there really wouldn't be a KarateForums.com. Or a KarateForums.com with me running it, that is.
  5. Really?! AWESOME! I have to find a gi!
  6. This is very old, folks. I am going to close it. Thanks.
  7. Really? Dang it! I will have to get that seperately. This sure is adding up...
  8. Thanks. Hey, wow, you're right. We're rocking this month.
  9. I was, too. But, that's actually better because we get to choose when we get our break, rather than having it predefined.
  10. Finally! Just what I was looking for.
  11. Hello, Yes, I am. Post count isn't particularly important, though. You can view a top 10 list at http://www.karateforums.com/statistics.php - thanks.
  12. This topic is really long off topic (and a bit old), so I am going to close it. We allow discussions on religion as it relates specifically to the martial arts, not general discussions on religion. Please keep this in mind everyone. Thank you.
  13. Why would you ever want to start taking drugs? Or become an alcoholic? Or become addicted to anything? You don't, but it happens.
  14. I didn't even know it was Spring Break, seriously.
  15. Welcome. Thank you for your service. And no, post counts don't have to do with the member of the month selection process. If you have any further site related questions, please feel free to PM or contact me. Thanks.
  16. It killed my grandfather and the last 5 years of his life were very much reduced quality wise because of the smoking. As far as advise, I don't know. Death should be a good motivator. Being able to live your years in a quality fashion. If you have family, being able to see and do things with them longer. So many things in the world you enjoy and smoking can affect all of them. Maybe more people who have successfully quit smoking can reply. Good luck.
  17. Welcome.
  18. Sorry to hear that. Anyway... I don't know what I do. Probably just pretend I don't feel that way.
