he also studied brizilian jiu jitsu for a long time.if i remember correctly,he started in tang soo do when he was stationed in korea then he studied tae kwon do,moved back to the states and taught his systems at a karate dojo until he gained instructor rank and then bjj.when he retired from tournaments he founded his own system called chun kuk do.o ya,he also studied with sifu lee.

im sorry about your friend.ive had somthing similar happen and theres a phrase that would always help me grive, " the key to immortality is living a life worth remembering".my condolences,friend.

i study hakkoryu jujutsu,shorin ryu matsumora kempo karate,kodokan judo,kodokan kateme waza,kobudo,muso jikiden isshin ryu iaijutsu.i started training in these systems at about the same time.it costs a lot of money to test in each of these systems so all the time i trained ,i only could afford to pay for rank in hakkoryu.i have my black belt in that system and since i trained all of them concurrently,my instructor said that when i have the money,he would test me for at least my brown if not my black in a few of these systems.i studied for 12yrs now,and am his assistant instructor.ive tought for about 6yrs.

i have a pitbull named garcia and a rot named chief.my pit is very well behaved,but my rot wants to eat anyone who comes close to me.hes very protective.rots rated 2nd best to have around young kids.its really about constantly training and working with them,if you train them good they will be the best dog you ll ever own.also,dont belive all the bull you hear about pitbulls,the are great dogs with great personalitys.i also have a kitten and every night i go to bed,my pit takes the cat by the scruff of his neck and lays him in between his front paws and sleeps with him.i guess to keep him safe.make sure there full blooded and have papers and ask if the parents are around so that you you can tell what kind of temperment they have.good luck!
