Haha. My cousin sent me that a few months ago. She said she found it and was all like "Its Dustin!" lmao So she had to send it to me. Every time she finds something involving martial arts, it ends up in my inbox. lol Has anyone seen the one made by Golden Shower? Ill post the link when I find it. Its a music video with stick people and there are some martial arts scnenes in it, as well as a *sigh*..... matrix scene. Its pretty funky.

I havent seen that and dont particularly want to, although there is that morbid curiosity. That is horrible!! Ur definately right about joining the military.

Try and stay relaxed, but dont worry about getting nervous. Everyone gets nervous! Trust me. In my first tournament, my leg started shaking violently before my first fight. After the first contact, it all goes out the window though. Stay confident and have fun!

I guess I'll be seeing you all there next year. Are you going to compete in the Battle Of Atlanta? If so, I MIGHT see you there. I need to research the tournament though. So far, Ive only heard about it from what people tell me. Ill do that tomorrow. I forgot about it until you mentioned it. lol

Well, I was going to compete in the 12-17 boys weapons forms with my double broadswords. Unfortunately, I can't go! I pulled my hamstring recently and I dont think that I'll be able to do any flips or splits before July. I might compete in the Battle of Atlanta though, depending on if my leg heals. I REALLY wish I wouldnt have hurt my leg, I had to cancel on a Filipino fighting camp I was invited to. I will be competing next year and Ill be even better so.... yay! hehe

Im 15, and my leg press max is 1000. lol I got there 2 years ago and never got to try more cuz... we couldnt fit any more weights on it. lol

Coolness. I wish there was a lot more Capoeira in games, movies, etc. I think the last I saw of it on tv was in a pepsi commercial for about 2 seconds and on the Today show when Matt Lauer was in Rio De Janero.

Yeah, I noticed that too. I was on vacation from last friday until monday, so I couldnt post during that time. Maybe there was some big party they forgot to tell us about.

O.R.-Preach it my brotha! lol Sakimaru- Ive never used one of those swords, but my judgement was based on the fact that Ive seen them sell for $2.50 on their own and sets of six for about 12 bucks. They do look cool, but I dont think they would hold up well if they had to cut anything. I could be wrong though. No thanks needed. This site rocks and I thank you for letting me be part of it. Its the best forum I know of and Ive told all of my MA friends about it. (Okay, it was one person, but thats all the MA friends Ive got. lol) I really appreciate all of the work that you, and the rest of the "staff" have put in here. Its so awesome!

True. I just make sure to only keep the ones around that are legal. The illegal ones are just knowledge that I have. Ive never made pipe bombs or anything of the sort. And when I say that I have small explosives, I really mean SMALL. I use them for sound distractions when I play paintball. They are about the equivalent to one small firecracker. Paintball is what a lot of my chemical knowledge goes to. I use the stink bombs to get people out of bushes that theyre hiding in. lol I modify the paintballs to have ammonium sulfate in them (the yellow liquid in stink bombs) and have a small tube of them on hand for when I need them. I dont wanna go to jail, so these are the only ones that I keep around. Unless you count smoke bombs. On the au batido, the photographer took the pic late and caught me when I was coming back down. The same thing kinda happened with the bo arial. *shrugs* I wanted to use newer pix, but my scanner is broken. These are about 4 months old.

Ninjutsu, no doubt. It has a great fighting style (Taijutsu) along with a ton of great and unusual weapons. Also, if you're lucky enough to have found a really good school, then you will learn stealth, etc. It would definately be the style I would pick. Im learning to speak Japanese now so I can understand it all better when I begin to train in it once I move when Im 18.

Well, I dont train in Ninjutsu.... yet. I will when I move away. There is no where to train around here. I just had to manage by learning stealth from people in the special forces, learning how to use weapons on my own, and using other martial arts instead of Taijutsu and other various things from books by Stephen Hayes, etc. I do know a ton about it though. Ive been doing research on it since I was really into the Ninja Turtles, lol. Dont worry, I know about the real kinds, not the tv junk. Anyway, there is already a thread on this topic that might help with some questions. Well, yesterday, I added a black boken and a new pair of cord nunchakus. I will be buying a new tactical fighting knife and some escrima sticks in the next few days because Im going to a filipino fighting camp on June 8&9. yay! lol

I learned them when I was about 4 or 5, I cant really remember. My mom (Trooper and former member of the Police Department. Also a current member of the riot squad. She was asked to be on a SWAT team, but turned it down.) taught me all of that. They were disarming techniques and how to defend against them in a fight.
