  7. that is very true.Not many Gym's have good facilities and charge a bomb for membership.BUT sometimes you could find a good one for cheap.Its all about LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION!!

  13. Tae-Bo warmups are used quite frequently at school for P.E, and occasionally at the Do-Jo. I have yet to see somebody , except for me with a decent selection of music to warm up to!!! No offense Tobias!!!! (yours is a bit oldskool) I like to warm up to Garage and R+B!And maybe a bit of dance and trance. Depends on the artist!

This is a topic which I need help in also, I can eat and eat and eat and not put on an ounce.I need a diet plan, nothing involving vegetables.Or many fruits.I have ben weight training for about 2 months and am ripping up not putting on muscle.I also need help.I have trouble sleeping a lot aswell, Dunno why!

  17. Teachers that focus all their attention on other students are a waste of time and are just in it for the money that they can get. At one of the clubs that I used to train at(SHOTOKAN).The teacher was asking kids questions and handing brown belts to everyone.I thought about why????There was a reason which he stated over the phone.'Its my club and I will do what I want'. Not Good enough.I quit and went back to my first club which has now evolved into a school.Its the best decision that I have ever made! C Ya!
  18. I have been told god things about kickboxing, I have never really thought about trying it, I am perfectly happy with Shotokan Karate. I will in the near future be taking up some other styles and martial arts, you can't knock it until you have tried it!

  20. I myself think that you can get enough power into the technique by practise on a bag or something that will help you regulate how hard your technique is.I think that another bug influence on the power of your maeashi hiza geri is the way you execute it. Keep tryin' C Ya!

  23. I try to keep cool and look for open spaces to attack, when I can't find ay I throw a couple of jabs or kicks to throw my opponents guard off.
