I am taking it that when you say toning you mean ripping up.To rip[ up you just have a regular man's diet, ie Fish bits of chocolate fries chicken veggies the usual, and then you start to weight train.If you don't wanna rip up but wanna add muscle you should put on weight and then train. Some people beklieve that your body uses your fat to sweat.In some cases thihs is true.It all depens on your metabolism.If you have a high metabolism it will work,If you have a low metabolism it won't. Hope this helps!

Judo is always something that has interested me, But I have never had the chance to start.My dad did judo for a couple of years but got banned from competing so he quit.I have no idea why!He got to yellow belt 3rd Mon! Anyways I would love to hear info from you all. Chow!
