  13. What about Kendo? Instead of fencing.

Exercise Reps Deadlift 10 Two-hand swing 10 One-hand swing 10 Squat-pull 10 Single press 10 Bent-over row 10 Single floor press 10 Alternating Press-up into leg raise 10 Work through list 3 times from top to botte. Rest 1 mins between exercises. Rest 3 mins bewteen cycles. This is what I started with. I did a little research on exercises that beinfited my Karate study. You can increase the reps each week. Hope this helps a little.

  17. Welcome I'm glad tha that your family has found something they can do together. That is important. My family is also completely involed in karate and we love it. My kids have the phrase of " families that kick together stay together"

  19. Likewise. Once down I can always run. It is my best technique.
  20. I’m going to go with experiences. IMO it does not matter how many techniques you know. With out experience using them, they are worthless. And that is my 2 cents of Monday thoughts.
