  2. what i belive...... my religion is actually a mixture. i belive in chi(being an earth energy), god, jesus, re-encarnation and other stuff. but we actually call it christianity lol, so i couldnt explain this...

  6. i use sleep as a form of meditation, just before i go to sleep, i recall the days events and what i wish to acomplish tomorrow, i dont know if my way is the way meditation works, or yours is. but ultimatly, i belive meditation is what you make of it.

  14. hey good idea! i agree, but another easy way to train is to find a fly and try following it with your eyes

  16. hi! i have a question ,seeing as my style is mostly kyokushin, and i train at home(by free lessons ) they dont really tell us about all the pressure points/softer tissues to attack, so i was wondering if someone could help me with this problem?
  17. this may have been solved, and someone might have said the same thing, but there is a possibility that its not exactly the same so: if you are injured, take it slow, so you dont lose your ability, and so you dont get more injured. but try going faster after it feels better, that way you can still train to your full ability...

  19. hi you guys, im an at home studier, used to go to lessons, but now i dont, i study mostly kyokushin, but i have been doing a little bit of drunken monkey(i still laugh at its name, the first time i heard it, i thought they were joking ) so, i hope to get to know you all well, and hope to get to be good friends
