I think I pay £37.50 GKR and i can train any time there is a class at the moment I do 4 lessons a week

I will be back at karate on the 8th but am starting some rugby training soon so will have plenty to make me sore!! an get those muscles working

i agree with the previous posts, you did the right thing.

I had a problem with my back once that wouldn't allow me to kick so during that time I had to use just my hand techniques but did still try to throw in the odd kick

At our gradings everyone has to do all the katas and they look very closely at first kata
