i feel i have to step in here, some of you may have noticed a slight bit of tension between kensai and thai_kick, may i remind you to keep this friendly. this is a friendly community and lets keep it that way. chill. peace out.

well its a long shot but the grading requirments for 10th kup to 1st dan would be nice. yep it was ITF. the more detail the better but anything will do. youve been very helpful thanks people!

from what i know i tihnk hapkido would be better, but i really dont know alot about each style.

i also have athsma but not very badly. i always make sure i have an inhaler on me and my instructers understand that sometimes ill need it. the best advice i can give you is swimming and jump rope. swimming is very good and jump rope for some harder but still quite light aerobic work.

from mid-yellow to yellow it took 7 months.

sorry i got the wrong end of the stick. small circle jujitsu is a very good style, and if you ever get a chance i would recommend that you go to a class/seminar.

i feel i should step in a defend my style, small circle is a very complete system! which involves groundwork, striking, pressure points, judo, selfdefence and many other things. just because it isnt tradtional doesnt mean it isnt as good. look at bjj in my oppinion the best ground art around, and look how he cope with the karate dude in that video.

lol well an increase in prices and fewer students might be a little clue but there arnt really clues its just when you see a wrecking ball that you gotta worry.
