  3. i agree. in spain it is legal to grow but not to sell, i think this is good because it cuts out dealers and people can do it in there own home and no one gets hurt.

  9. does anyone have any good TKD websites, for kicks, breaks, strikes, blocks and other techniques. also forms and videos would be good. im looking for ITF TKD but anything else is also apresiated. thanks

  21. white, red, yellow, orange, green, blue, 2nd blue, brown, 2nd brown, 3rd brown, black. i think this is a good system.
  22. well like you said SOME throws depend the gi, but most can be adaptend so that they can be done with t-shirts on. basically instead of grabing the collar put your arm around there back. with practise this is even stronger then normal.
