my earlyest memory was when i was 6 in spain. we were playing on the beach and a big dog came and jumped on me knocking me flat (well it was probably a smalll dog but it seemed massive!) ive had a fear of dogs right up untill i was about 13 1/2. (im now 14)
remember karatekid1975 to keep thoughs elbows in too! ive seen people keep there hands super glued to there cheeks but there elbows go mad and fly about. just thought you might like a tip.

i agree. i tihnk the most important thing about a dojo is the teacher. but it also needs dedicated students who take it seriously and want to improve and help other people to improve to.
how could i forget that . i think the short term goal is the biggest point about belts (although for me 7 months isnt short term) you need a goal when your young.
