In the past we were black ONLY because they were simpler to keep clean. We would go to gyms and train and they were pretty dirty. When I started teaching again this spring I asked everyone to wear white becasue we are at a YMCA and it much cleaner. LOL. I like white it looks good but in all reality it don't matter. My teacher would put boys in white, girls in black and allow black belts to buy Blue tops to set them off.

Have you ever played a old game called hot hands? Pretty much you lay your hands on mine (palm to palm) I try and smack your hands before you move them. When I miss its your turn to smack me. If you pull back 3 times and I did not attemp a smack I get a free hit. This game hurts like crap but you build good reflexes and reactions not to mention hand speed.

I teach 3 classes a week. Their is not set time usually an hour and half to 2 hrs. just depends on what were doing and how many we got.

As much as you want to pay for it. Private lessons will always be more. However high prices don't mean good teaching.

O yeah baby were rolling now. They said we have had him for a few months well Iran has and they just turned him over to us.
