  1. yeah, I kinda agree, endomorphs see to have more trouble getting defined abdominals. However, especially as people get older, it becomes more difficult for anybody to get a 6 pack. The truth is that anyone can get a 6 pack. The question is whether it's visible beneath the fat. For those having trouble, concentrate just as hard if not more on high impact aerobic exercises like running as on crunches, leglifts, and the like.
  2. How does breaking teach accuracy. The wood isn't going anywhere. Are you planning on possibly missing somehow? Boards don't hit back, but people sure do. Just a thought.
  3. Hey, Bon is BJJ your first experience with grappling or did you do something before that incorporated it?
  4. How's it going? Hope you have fun!!!
  5. You're right though Bon, losing even more weight by eating right could further help to define the lower abdominals in addition to crunches.
  6. Not yet He's been kinda busy lately. I'll get around to it though. Sorry
  7. Do leg lifts and also do crunches using ne of those infatable balls.
  8. Yeah and, "Don't be a playa hata!"
  9. Wow, that's still pretty impressive! Thanks for the info!!!
  10. whoa, whoa, bjjbarbie I may be confused on the lingo. By 300 man kumite do you mean he sparred 300 guys like all at once, one at a time in a row, or am I way off base on this one???
  11. Oh I see now. Homo power rangers!!! Now things are starting to make sense. I was wondering about him. Long Live Aztecs!!!
  12. No really, even for the largest of body builders, the butt is always the largest muscle, in everyone's body.
  13. I'm 6'1" and 18 years old.
  14. I was about to say, Either you dislike eachother or you fight like brother and sister. Or maybe you're married. Just Kidding. Hehe
  15. Forget TKD, if you're looking for combat, take some form of Jujitsu. Also mixed martial arts like Vale Tudo "anything goes" would be a good bet.
  16. Bon, Do you know Lindsay or something? That's like the second time I've heard you say she's from a McDojo, blah, blah, blah, ext. So what's the deal? You two friends or enemies or something?
  17. Now that's telling him bjjbarbie!!! wOOt!!!!!!!!
  18. The biggest muscle is the butt. Just FYI
  19. Why the heck would you ever wanna kick that high? So some one can throw you on the ground???
  20. Unlike the rest of you, I plan on going up in body weight. Right now I'm 205 pounds but I work out every day. My weight periodically goes up but my body fat percentage remains relatively the same. However gaining weight in muscle mass takes as much discipline as losing weight in fat. So my challenge will be to gain weight without gaining body fat.
  21. oops also I used to work out at home for about a year but spending almost two years in a real gym I can tell you that my results have been more rapid at a real gym.
  22. I like going to the gym. It allows for more varieties of exercises when I target my different muscle groups. I see a gym as very beneficial. While at home you may have only a few different routines for each muscle group, at a gym you may have dozens. Besides for me gym membership is free because I live on campus so I might as well. Even if it wasn't fee I would still do it.
  23. If you wanna get big muscles and at the same time remain cut, you need to eat large ammountsof protein through meats like chicken, beef, and Turkey, ext. At the same time you need to eat low ammounts of fats and keep carbohydrate to a medium ammount (not minimum).
  24. I would like to get a corss/crucifix on my right shoulder and a tiger or the chinese symbol for the tiger on my left arm. OUCH! But hopefully worth it.
  25. I drive a pair of Nikes. My parents won't buy me a car and as a college student, money is too tight for me to afford one right now. I usuall get rides with a friend who drives a 2001 Lexus IS300 or I ride in my brother's Nissan 300ZX
