I ment seminars where they teach you in a big group. Hey I just heard demasco left ussd doe's anybody know if that's true?

I've been doing some searching on united studios and what I've heard from other instructors is that mattera and company harass schools that leave them, does anybody know if this is true?. I also heard that mattera stole money from villari and even did time for tax evasion, did anyone here about that? I checked with a friend of mine and he said you can't get the reports till it's closed. Imho they probabley did it. Just my opinion. I heard grand master demasco just left mattera and united studios and opened his own schools ( dont know if it's true or not?) cpw are you a ussd instructor?

If you train in the west coast you will pay about 175 to 250 a month.

You can't be serious! That goes aganst everything the martial arts is about. I will never train at another ussd again. This sounds like something out of the karate kid. If people leave you and start their own business there may be something wrong with the way you teach or do business? And that would be something you should look at and change, not harass the one that leaves you. He probabley did you a favor and showed you that you have some problems that need to be fixed.

I like to train with grandmaster villari I only hope It's not as big as matteras clinics where he doesn't interact with you he's on a stage.

I've been to USSDs clinics and I found them pretty full.

Yes from what my friend said mattera needed high ranking instructors and fast!! When mattera left villaris alot of the instructors wised up and said I am out of here. He had alot of high ranking guys leave and someone had to fill the void for district managers. Any smart instructor would see its better to be independent and open your own dojo with out thoses high franchise fees.

That makes alot of sense. Anyone dispite their lineage or style(USSDs style is mostly kempo and whatever villari made up or mattera did)can go to the temple give them money and clam their shaolin. In my opinion ussd is about money their district managers drive nice cars and the instructors dont from what I notice.

They probably were trying to shove it in grandmaster villaris face. That makes more sense than MATTERA actually buying the name.

No master ever came to my school, villaris does have a lot of old high ranking masters that stuck with him when mattera left with a bunch of first degrees back in 88. I think mattera was just a district manager not a partner?

Shaolinmonk, does'nt mattera just bow you in the black belt test then goes into the back to eat a pizza? And by the way the instructors college is $15,000 not $10,000 or are you barterring your services?
