  1. There is one in Manchester, I bought some TKD armor from it, I'm not 100% sure where abouts it is since it was a few years ago. Could be the one you was trying to find?
  2. Since I put away the free weights and got my Multi-Gym I've gained alot more.
  3. I don't have a clue what any of those are, lol.
  4. http://www.marshallward.co.uk/assets/MWard/M/P/P8456KS04.jpg I have these, also if I run back and forth in a straight line for around 5 mins would that be a decent enough warm up before skipping?
  5. Thanks for the info, I've been doing them in reebok classic trainers, maybe thats the problem? http://www.shoemall.com/assets/product_images/107466L.jpg They are nearly the same as those just blue.
  6. Thanks for the info, I did Thai Boxing and was taught how to skip properly, it's just I started up again doing it in my garden (on concrete in shoes), that's probably my problem. Another is I have no where else to do it.

  12. We'd need more info, such as the types of workouts, what you currently eat, training habits, age. The simple answer to gain 5-10 lbs is to eat more calories than you expend. But, unless you do it in the right way, you'll just gain a bit of chub. And, if you are still growing, you may not be able to pack on any "meat" so to speak. Aodhan I'm 16, I train with weights, 5'10'' 133lbs, I eat chicken, pasta, salad, pork, egg, fruit etc stuff like that. Don't worry about it too much at 16. I wouldn't train too heavy, you may still be growing. When you stop growing, your metabolism will turn to other things, such as growing muscle, and you will naturally gain weight. Patience, grasshopper. Aodhan Thanks for the help.

  16. But he said he wanted to look good. That would be body-builder type goals. 3 sets of 8-12 is usual for hypertrophy (building muscles). Rest 60-90 seconds between sets. You should be just able to get the last rep of the last set done. Eww, I don't want to look like those body builders, just in good shape. Thanks for all your help guys.
  17. Cheers guys.
  18. I have come up with a workout, tell me how it is please. 30 Dumbell Flys 30 Leg Raises (Bench) 30 Situps 30 Bicep Curls 30 Situps 30 Bench Press 30 Bicep Curls All reps of 10. I dunno what else to add.

  23. Hey, I just bought some Round White Oak Chord Nunchaku and I was wondering if anyone has some and how they are weight wise?
  24. Like the above said, keep your elbows out at all costs. Another thing, don't try advancing too quickly because your form wont be as good as it should be.
