Hey all, like I said i'm a 8.5 stone skinny guy. I do weight and have for a while (year?) and I see no improvements what so ever. I think this is because I'm skinny. What I'm asking is how can I put weight on? Question asked by a friend.

Hey, here is 2 videos of me using Nunchaku. They are pretty old and I'm 10x better now, I'm also self taught. I don't have the bench for bench presses, I can only do dumbell presses because I have an exercise ball. So crunches are definatlly better than sit ups?

Well I've only been doing them for nearly a month, I have been doing: 3 Reps of 10: Weights: Tricep Extension Front Rises Arm Curls Upright Rows Squats Dumbell Press Normal: Press Ups Sit Ups I get a good nights sleep and I think I'm eating well, I get plenty of rest too. I'd just like some general help.

Well I have decided I'll do 30 press ups a day and 30 situps with weights on my chest a day. For my weights I've been doing 3 reps of 10 on all my workouts every day, is that too much?

I am doing other workouts, I do weights for all areas apart from chest and stomach....

Bench pressing isn't an option, I have the weights just not the £70 bench. What do you mean about weights to sit ups?

Hey all, I have been working on my chest and abs for sometime now and I have seen no change at all. I do like 100 press up and sit ups daily for around a year now and nothing has changed at all, what am I doing wrong?

Okay, tomorrow I'll do as many as I can. I don't usually like to push my self to much because the pain afterwards is so bad, is it worth it?

Thanks for the link, I usually do about 25 push ups a day, I could do more but I don't want to push my self.

not sure what style ju jitsu it is but i'm sure my friend andy (he used to go) said they grade either every 6 weeks or 6 months, can't remember which he said.

i asked my friend today, he doesn't start with dans, their belt system is: red white yellow yellow - green green purple blue blue - white blue - white 2 brown brown - white brown - white 2 black - 1st dan - 12th dan but to gain a dan you need 10 tabs on your belt.

Well quite alot of kids from school go to this ju jitsu club near were i live and for some reason they all have insanly high belt ranks for their ages, it goes like this: 2 15 year olds in my year are 3rd dan black belts and another 15 year old is a 4th dan. There is a 13 year old who is a 6th dan and a 10 year old who is a 2nd dan. They also claim that their sensei is a 12th dan and he's only 40! I may be wrong but.. Mc Dojo or what?

Anyone here wear them? I do, dunno why but i just feel i can do better kicks in them. Also when you go to tournaments are you allowed to wear them? We are not and it seems a bit unfair to me.
