  4. ive farted a few times in lesson but just laughed it off even tried to blame my girl (now ex) for one of them. ive also slipped and fell on my * in the college gym when doing a roundhouse kick to the bag but i got up and didnt turn around but im sure sum1 must have been laughing. my kickboxing lessons are really relaxed and for the first year i called my sensei by his first name and he and no one ever said that there wa anything wrong but when i was grading i asked the sensei who was grading me to repeat what he said and i called him by his first name and he called me up on it but i didnt know what i had done wrong he kept saying what did you call me and i was like ralph have i got your name wrong? and then he said what do you call him pointing to my sensei then i said errol after what seemed like for ever i realised that i was ment to call him sensei damn i was well embarrassed. a month or two after that when my sensei and a few of us students were chatting one student who was at the grading exposed me and i got all embarrassed again lol
  5. eating healthy running and i love to hit the rowing machine for a good 15 mins and go as fast as i can. i often wear my boxing wrops when using it as it nackers your hands quicker as the grip is larger and it seems to work my forearms more too.
  6. sounds like that could work..........goes and digs a big hole in his garden only to be beat down by his mum
  7. i have one on my chest and that really hurt the tattooist said that the chest adn the inside of the arm is the worst place to get them as you have loads of nerves there i remember feeling the pain shooting round to my side and sweat dripping from my left armpit, tho it did hurt as soon as i walked out of the shop i wanted another 1.

  14. eyah ong back it really good, ive had it on dvd for about 4 or 5 months most def one of my fave martial arts films, just wished it was dubbed i cant stand subtitles.
  15. i ordered one ages ago, its a good read and he does tell u about who conducted the studdies sum guy named Dr richard price i think. yeah its ago book, i have never felt so healthy i dont need to sleep as much as i feel like i have more energy during the day. i have never been as physically fit as i am now or as strong and that is due to my kickboxing and his training programs. i have lent the fatloss booklet to my boss and one of my friends who were both trying to lose weight quickly and it worked for both of them the first week or so is the hardest i stupidly did the detox on the week of my grading last april and i felt dizzy during the sparing. so when you detox make sure you have nothing big planned. the only thing that anoyed me about this is that its not a book its a load of pages stuck together with a ring binder and on his site there is a picture of the manual and it is a hard back book. a quick edit- this is not for people who want to diet lose weight then go back to eating crap. this is about real health for life somthing that you stick to, if you just want to lose some weight im sure there are cheaper programs out there that you could buy.
  16. ahhhh mentioning pivoting has just reminded me of when i was traing with a blister covering most on the top half of my big toe that it ripped off appart from the bottom side (square shaped blister) and i couldnt bring my self to rip it off as it was so thick. this has happened more then once
  17. dont have to be sorry its always good to learn new stuff, thanks ill check it out later not feeling well at the mo.
  18. ive bn told by one of the phuket thai boxing trainers not to hit your self as hard as you can but just until your leg goes red and not to break the skin he said 20 mins a day with a few bambo sticks tied together should do the trick for the shins.not to hit yourself
  19. u cant just say no and make a statement like that by notbacking your self up with evidence. ive read and been told by my mate who does sport science in college that raw egg is better for protine as heating it kills some of it off or somthing like that. if you prove me wrong then cool i can accept that but dont just say stuff like that with out nbacking your self up. Peace
  20. just crack 2 eggs in 2 a fruit smothie and put it in your locker.
  21. yeah im the same in the ring i like to be the one getting chased but when i see a good opening i like to attack with a good combo until the ref breakes it up or i feel the need 2 step back.
  22. i have the same problem i get blood blisters on the balls of my feet and and on my toes (as i do kickboxing) the more you train on the hard surface the tougher your skin will get. i haven't been to lesson due to my broken to for 2 months so i know when i go back i will get them again as my feet have gone soft. i can wear ma shoes but i chose not to infact im the only person in the class who doesn't, as wearing the shoes helps you spin on your toes easier i believe that is cheating because if you train with shoes then take them off your not able to the kick as good, so i like to learn the hard way.
  23. I broke my big toe late nov in my first tourny. hoping to go back to class next thursday but ill see if my toe is up to it as its been hurting abit still.
