Thanks for the advice, I was wondering if I vould do any harm to myself if I stretch for the 60 seconds, can still breath normaly, but I am in lots of pain........but I don't think about it and think about the breathing....... Is this bad for me?
Hello, I had a question about strechting, would it be better to hold a stretch for 10 seconds, then do it again 2 or 3 times, or should I hold the stretch for 1 minute and 30 seconds?? Thank you in advance, Nicolas Cole
Oh...we have fun I think. One other one that I forgot was where one student will stand in a strong horse stance, hands behind his back, and another student will be to his/her side and roundhouse kick....again as hard as the person can take...to the stomach. No "flinching" llowed. Again, they need to be breathing during this. It's a good exercies to get used to being hit in the stomach. I can take a pretty good shot to the stomach and not be hurt. I hope my dojo does this, really helps with what are real fight would be like....
