  2. Here, go to an empty room, where it is quiet. Sit down in any position, in a couch, crossed legged, seiza or w/e you want. Breath like this, Inhale for 5 secs, wait 2 secs, exhale for 2 secs, inhale for 5 secs and repeat. Just focus on your breathing....do this till your relaxed, and your done...

I went to a hockey coach clinic this weekend and this guy had to get orthapedic (or somthing) surgery on his knee becuase you was at a mini sticks tournament with his son, where you sort of do this sitting position to play the game. Yeah so this might have been becuase he was moving around alot and i guess when you do it in the karate class, you arent moving ro anything
  11. I just had a hockey coaching clinic, and for the rest of the weekend maybe play a bit of hockey, relaz and of course homework..
  12. ok, now I am scared to do the posistion because I ws talking to this guy, and by sitting on your heels, you can destroy your knee cap and need surgery...

  19. It would have to be my thighs and calfs the most.... it feels like someone is sitting on them, which in turn that is happening...
