Hey everyone, I have a question for anyone who reads this. In my gym class, we are in the weight room (we did a cradio workout. Like 40 sec of skipping, shadow boxing, bench press, puch ups, leg extensions and all in light weight, lots of repetitions, then 20 secs of rest, then 40 secs of work and on and on) and today I pushed myself really hard, and after I cooled down and everything,(this is my 3rd day) I felt extremely dizzy, light headed, upset stomach like I was going to throw up and yes I was drinking LOTS of water. Can anyone tell me why this happened or how ot stop it becuase I am going to do this again tomoorow and I will have ot push myself even harder to improve.
