  1. I'll admit, I've fought with octopuses, I've beaten Spider man, and I've even killed half man-half spider beasts in my imagination before, but it takes a looooot of guts from me to fight a spider. Sometimes when I'm not looking, and then look down, my mind mistakes various things(such as hair balls) as a spider. I've also sat down and thought that some weird dark colored objects with weird spider like features look like spiders, only turning out to be paper napkins or potatoes or something. BTW I am kind of near sighted. Weird thing is, sometimes they are spiders!!!!! Then, well if I'm on a good day or something, I just kill the poor little bugger(no pun inteneded!)...but usually I chicke..*ahem* decide to let it live for a little longer. *sigh, spiders....my other one weakness in this world.
  2. Hmmm interesting. I also like Nas. A great MC that man is.
  3. Yeah, those are nice gloves, I would like Jin's cool hoodie suit thing too.
  4. It's up for poeple to grow up if they want to or not. Consider this, was it a man who defeated Captain Hook? (The Steven Spielberg version don't count!) Yeah, okay fine...you win. I guess I still need a lot of growing up, but you can never grow too high to where you can never grow.
  5. RIP....I remember watching Karate Kid for the first time.
  6. Is that real? Actually, I have no idea. "That's pretty deep man, even I couldn't figure what I posted." -Me, referring to Shogeri (I pictured a mad man throwing fire on a poor defenseless homeless guy) This qoute means that you must know what you should say, otherwise you will look like a fool with a mr potato head action figure stuck to his face. Thus, you gain wisdom as this is what the topic is about and so that you do not get too off topic so that Patrick decides not to press the ban button.
  7. Wow, you guys are very smart people. It makes me feel....like trash. But, aside from my sad colon with a parenthesis mark, I actually think this is rather interesting. In fact, not so long ago(about when Jesus was still alive),I came up with this little theory/philosophy/idea/thought/answer/thing. I think I stated it in another thread, but here it is.... A long time ago...when my daddy was not born yet, and his daddy wasn't either...or maybe they were. Well, science at the time had not been pursued to the skylimits that we have today. Due to that fact, people all over the world blamed what was "acts" of science on spiritual beliefs such as religion, ki, etc. For example, germs in the elden days of Europe were not known and the cause of illnesses were said to be from demons and what not. Random face of the day . This probably applied for many other things as well. With that in mind, you could consider that with science, many people didn't see weird invisible demons as the cause of the fever anymore, but instead germs. Well, now it comes to my theory thing that everyone probably already knows. Now, consider that what we call 'science' is actually what our ancestors called "ki/chi/demons/good soil or land/angry magic potatoes/etc." You can make yourself happy by meditating, but meditation is a form of relaxation, which is positive and helps the flow of biotransmitters in your body move at a better pace to keep you smiling with much laughter and joy. In a way, science and ki/spiritual "stuff" are not so far as some may think. They might even relate and may sometimes even be the same. There, it almost might make sense now, but it's kinda similar to what Markusan was saying...so go read his stuff a few posts above mine. Much better explaining without the and the or even the at what I just wrote.
  8. I like the music, and how the lyrics are written. The newer Greenday has been very political and what not though. Not that it's a bad thing..I think. But my little bro listens to it way more than me.
  9. "If you build a man a fire, he shall be warm for the day. If you set a man on fire, he will be warm for the rest of his life." -I forget who...
  10. Well, I heard it was only funny if you understood the Chinese language, because the movie uses some tones and speaking styles of some sort that you could only find funny if you understood Chinese. I thought the movie was mediocre compared to Shaolin Soccer in terms of easily translated comedy...but the choreography is better in the Kung Fu Hustle. Just my two cents.
  11. I punched my old teacher in the nose and he was like AHHHH HELLLL NO!!! BOY YOU DID NOYT JUST BRING OUT THE SHOTOKAN PUNCH OF A THOUSAND FISTS?! Then the floor exploded and I never saw my teacher again. See, if I would've been a nice boy and said thank you to the compliment, everything would be alright and I would still be in the old shack of a dojo right now. But I became rude and arrogant and this happened. I endud up on the other side of the planet. Remember, when you compliment another person, try to honestly remember how you thought and wish to be felt and responded back. Do what you wished to have felt to those who want to be felt. Okay, forget everything I said. Just bow and say thanks...or give them the daily McDojo fee.
  12. Ahahahahaha, I remember being a Freshman. Hey, don't take things during that year too seriously bro. Just keep it cool, oh and show confidence and determination. Go work out and do crazy training everyday....usually this leads to someone acknowledging your individual skill that only you possess which then will be heard by lots of people including the girl. MWHAHAHAHAHA! Then, being the great martial artist you are, you will save the girl's life when a bunch of outer space aliens arrive to kidnap her claiming she is queen of Melgib-Sun Tribe! (NOW FOR THE IMPORTANT PART!!!!!) But in case this never happens, you should still train and do what you do man. People love a person who does what he does vigourously, always striving to complete his goals. A person who never gives up. Somehow, when people admire them, they sort of become a hero to that person. A wise saying that I just made up right now is "Only when a person has lost all the ability that makes him who he is, is when he has the right to give up." All this trust, hard work, and friendship is important, but if you don't believe in yourself, it will never work. Until the very end, you can never blame anyone if you stopped believing. Besides, even though you may be a nice guy, girls won't like you if you have low self-esteem.
  13. Tekken is one of my fave's. I've also been playing Soul Calibur and that's pretty good too.
  14. ^^^Yeah, a good workout is nice to put away the stress. Also, listen to the lyrics, beat patterns, and instruments of music. I don't know, but that always makes me feel better. Do what makes you feel good. Take a walk. Breathe in, breathe out. Go ahead and shed a tear or two(it'll be okay, it's normal to cry). Have faith, stand tall, and like a song that I'm listening to, Keep cha' head up.
  15. Davison, sorry about your friend. I'm not sure if there is a 100% guarantee way that we all can use to give up our habits, but what I do know is that if you can, you should just smoke less and less each week, while trying to stop the use of cigarettes everyday. I heard methods like that before, and they've worked. So don't give up, don't let time fade you, always motivate yourself, look at life's brighter sides, and have faith in what you are able to do.
  16. Dang....I hate the fact that it's almost over. School's coming, and I have to do a few speeches for school.
  17. Mine is Tupac, some of his rhymes were very deep, and they show a great meaning if you listen to the lyrics. Unlike most of todays rap, it was more about poetic scriptures through words instead of fake bling, money, hoes, etc.
  18. Life's End As we sit looking into the sky, With the swift river flowing, Ready to say our last good-byes, Knowing it's time for us to be going, Life's End.... It gives off a grasping fragrance, Leaving behind memories of reminsence, The hands of time are already bent forward, And these chimes are set upon the chord, Life's End.... A journey that we must all take, We can only endure for so long, Yet waiting for something we cannot unmake, To go home to where we belong, Life's End.... To where we become free, And where joy spreads further than the sea, A land under the golden sunshine, To our final destination called paradise. Life's end.
  19. I'm terribly sorry at what happened. Hopefully things will go well for you and your friend's family.
  20. Dang, I feel you on that one. I can relate so easily man. Lol to isshunryu's post before me.
  21. It was pretty funny, not the super funny kind that had me laughing almost every scene, but funny enough to make me laugh.
  22. I sort of wish I had a cell phone...but oh well.
  23. Well there's that one girl in my Science class. Let's see, long flowing brown hair, with light skin, and a delicate face(really really nice and delicate). Her eyes are the most beautiful ever, they just overwhelm you if you look into them. There's nothing else I can really describe, she's specifically one of those people who you look at and wonder if she's an angel...
  24. The nice warm sun shining down with a slight breeze to make it just a perfect temperature to go outside. Adrenelline rushes. Writing ryhmes in a peacefull atmospheric area. A good meal, well eaten. Drinking water. Oh, and that one girl who sits a little behind me in Science class....
  25. Creatine may help you for a little bit, but it breaks you down later on. You might even face death from using it. At least that's what I read in an article.
