The mind.....
47MartialMan replied to Gilbert's topic in BJJ, Judo, Jujitsu, Aikido, and Grappling Martial Arts
Speaking of which, I was in a "flea market". A lady, in her late 40's or early 50's, was walking around with a teenage male. I was standing looking a a Zenith Allegro and reminiscing. They had walked up and she smiled and said she had "one of those". (The Zenith Allegro). The teenager asked "What's that round thing on top?" The lady replied- "That's were they played albums" (to attempt to speak of in the teenage terms, she added) "Something like CD"s now days". The teenager replied "Why is it so big and how to they eject?" -

he was aparently making arm movements slapping his chest.when he started doing this i dropped my bag put my hands in my pockets and continued to stare. there was a red light ahead, they stopped and the guy kept at it with the chest thing. Maybe he was having a heart attack and was trying to drive to a hospital and he was trying to "signal you"

Punching vs. Kicking....

Sounds like something read off a shampoo bottle. Directions would change and read something like this: To Open (opponent's defense) Pop Top (opponent's head) Move to and fro (your upper defense) Rinse Low (kick opponent) REPEAT -
Uncontrolled fighter
47MartialMan replied to Topic's topic in MMA, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Competitive Fighting
Umm... i fight anyone who attempts to hurt me or someone i love. On a side, i often examine actions and techniques with 'untrained' fighters. The reason being, they aren't programmed into thinking something will or won't work, and thus approach it from a different perspective. Sometimes, this can be very enlightening... so don't dismiss an untrained fighter merely because he/she doesn't study the martial arts. Everyone you meet in life... can teach you something. Yeah, please give some examples -

My presentation results from my origin, which is different from your orgin. Careful - not a warning, a lure. a certain member -any or those that or may imply. will argue - looking to debate or post a opinion. and if you want to get technical, "not particularly me" is incorrect grammar. Not where I am from. Lets see, can shrimp be pluralized? -

Yeah, I have been "following" this guy from long ago. I had seen him on media "specials". Does he have skill? Yes. Is it skill that can be used in a hard combat? I don't know. -

Perhaps the same reason you are passing on the $1 mill offered by a Christian group to anyone that can prove evolution. I want a million, I'll split it with somone. -

I was romaticising. Using regional English. You want to get technical. My conveyance- Certain member-anyone that may. No one in particular, which I had stated in parenthesis, including myself. Leaving it open for anyone to step up. Again, on the subject/topic: Interpretations/Mis-Interpretations How something is interpreted or mis-interpreted depends on the structure of how it is presented. -

The certain member could be anyone that may have the opinion that kung fu is a martial art. Per a singular distinction, as Karate, Ju-Jitsu, Judo. -
