DBZ, Mystrious Play are based off chinese mythology...in DBZ it talks about a fighter (a monkeyboy) who constantly grows in strength...ironically thereare many Chinese that believe that Bruce lee was this legendary fighter! in legends they fighter becomes so powerful that it eventually kils him...some think bruce lee worked too hard...I thought it was interesting
heard about that fight with judo gene labell...ironicaly thought his story doent match up...and some one admotted that the story wasn't true kinds of gives it away...bruce and gene supposedly never faught...some one supposedly started a rumor saying gene beat up bruce lee
i korean feel free to ask any terms...hanna,dul, se, ne, dossut, eugol, yodel, ahope, yul,yul-hanna...ect...one way to count...il, ee, sam,sah...another way to count...kokkedee...elephant...gashenya--girl
actually tkd for black belt use to allow punching to the face but when they wanted to promote it as a sport they couldnt allow punching to he face because it was considered too violent...between mauo tai and tkd i prefer both...if don right tkd yo hardly have to block its mostly feints and dodges than quickly coming in wth a hit...th problem is you have to be really good with your timing and speed to get it right...tai boxing you have to be able to take hits...they boh ahve advantages and disadvantages...they wrote an article on this in blck belt magazine to see how the two are similar and different...but tang soo do is the combat variation to tkd
actually if you study tkd closely you will realize that taekwondo aims alot of strikes at pressure points...also in tkd there are more than 1 way to do a round hous kick...they kick for sport with the instep but in a fight your supposed to use the ball of your foot...It harder...so thats why your not supposed to use the ball of the foot in compeitions
actually hapkido is considered a striking/grappling art with some ground techniques....7th dan is actually considered master though some consider it a grandmaster level...i get my info from an 8th and 9th dan grandmasters
technically you have to be atleast a 5th dan and 6th dan is when a person is considered a master...8th and 9th dan are grandmasters...it normally takes 35-40 years to achieve this level...very few ever reach it
I also wanted to add thatbruce lee actually larned tai chi when he was younger than in his afew years before he was a true teen when he became more serious he did wing chun....also Bruce Lee didn't block as mch in his fights he would actually hit you in between your hits...also Bruce Lee was a strong believer in using you surroundings in a few of his books he talked about using chais a fence a way...a belt...a shirt...ect...as use as weapons...he did not believe that one style is better than another style...and most of his fights lasted less than ten seconds when he tried
Jacki chan has said that bruce lee is a better fighter...infact they were friends and bruce lee gave jackie chan tips....bruce lee's movie style, which isthe one they use in video games and demos! is a slowed down and isnt even how bruce lee fights version...infact Jackie Chan was kicked about 12-15 feet back when Bruce lee accidently kicked him and since bruce lee wasnt even kicking his fastest or hardest that can give you all a clue of how good he is....also Bruce Punched so fast that you literally couldnt see all his punches...Jackie Chan is no were and was no were near Bruce Lee's skill level...Jackie chan says he still has along way to go until he reaches even close to Bruce Lee's skill
