i donot have a locial sports story i only have dick sporting goods there jackets are for very cold weather for staying out door for at lest 2 to 3 or more hours i do not know what to do from matt bnlake

thank you for the replys keep the exercise help comeing thisis the only streacth i know with feet from matt blake

hit the same leg alot and do not forget to punch belly and ribs in between and keep hitting the same leg in a while he will limps aroud and htat slows him down the you can do alot of hitting then because he will be slower from matt blake
