it come in white but it is not like macho with cage the awma nly has the headgear with cage in red not white i am sorry i just found out by my teacher he will look on the internet to help me find one but he has not come up with one yet so keep the help coming from matt blake

it can be basic like frount punch and uper punch (block) and kicke are about the same like round house kicks leg lifts and so on there about the same in almost every karate style i thank from matt blake
