is not about me ,,i was just woundering what you say at your school about this . want to know if fat kids or young adult can they do martial arts? if the doctors says lose weight and they do martial arts are they safe? like i am 40 years old,,i am 245 ponds 5-1 tall(short) let know what you thank from matt blake

i passed to yellow belt i broke 3 board i only had to do one but i asked if i could do 3 frommatt blake

on 6-21-07 i passed my test in tkd to yellow belt and i have to do forms ,show him some of the blocks and brake a board and i passed from matt blake

i lookinf for a clear rain coat or poncho . a not throw away type in 2xl or 3xl i am short 5-1 and big belly and big neck so i need 3xl or 2xl? i do boy scouts and want to be able to wear a clear rain coat or poncho on those wet days when we march in a parade or at camp so they can see my uniform and i will not get wet . do you know a good placke to get one and it is a non throw away one frommatt blake
