  1. i just use a heavy bag for strength increase and speed bag for speed increase and i do push ups weights etc.
  2. ive got no exercises to improve it but in a fight be light on your feet and keep switching which way you dodge otherwise your opponent will remember your teqnique and know which way you are going to duck
  3. i like the old rock groups such as iron maiden guns n roses whitesnake black sabbath ect.

  8. i think that the most easiest and simplist stance is gadambari (cant spell it) it is also a block but our sensi always has us in it whilst helping people he says it strengtens your legs
  9. yes i have to do that exercise alot and it makes me really sore the next day

    First Kata

    the first kata in my club is khion kata which in my opinion is really boring especially when you know it and the sensi keeps showing you over and over again ..but i suppose you really need to perfect your moves
  12. i wish i knew those katas hmm do any of you know how long it takes to become a black belt approximatly if you are good enough i mean
  13. my sensi controls his hits unless it his on his own trainer andy sherry then he will probably try to hit and i am referring to the word TRY because they move like bullets

  15. congrats on doing well in your first tournament i havent been to a karate tournament yuet only a kickboxing one anyway i think that the yellow belt deserves to get beat so next time i hope you knock her silly and see how she takes it hehehe

  17. thats weird because i do about 15 and i dont feel any pain really apart from the usual muscle tightness afterwards maybe im light so its easy for me because i am doing the pull ups right anyway what kind of pull ups do u do i mean hands facing forwards or towards you

    i need to know how can i improve my reflexs because i9 can work on my attack speed but i need help on my reflexes

  22. when i used to do kickboxing and i was in the ring i had so much adrenaline that the hits were hardly felt and i was fighting some huge fat lad and his hits were really powerful and i was like why isant he hitting me hard and i kept looking at the audience and they were looking at me as if someone had died then i just went beserk and started pummeling him using my speed and his slowness to my advantage and sure enough he went down to his knees letting me finish him off ahhh the blissful roar of the crowd
