  1. I started to kick ass but I get it now. It's not about wailing on someone's ass when they try to hit you *That's a perk* I'm in it for the strength and mental capabilities that have been shown to me. I'm a better person becasue of martial arts.
  2. We get alot of these posts. It's up to you. I'm a good martial artist but when I tell that to people they take one look at me and think OH MY GOD! THIS FAT GUY'S GOTTA' BE KIDDING ME! well They can think what they want but when I'm challenged by someone and they start swinging to "test" my ability I wail on them. It's all about you.

It's his fault if you press charges now. He chose the path.

  18. I think that you could give it another couple of years say until you're fourteen to weightlift serious weights. I'd say for now no squats jerks or benching. Dumbells are fine great as a matter of fact. The seated chin up machine is also a good choice.
  19. The horse stance is stable but as do all things it has flaws. I mainly use it to buiild muscle strength or a last resort dodge. It is very stable but a leg sweep would easily crumble it. also any push from the front or back would knock you over.
  20. You are getting confused with two different kicks. One kick is a snap and you hit with the top of your foot. The other kick is a thrust and you push and make contact with the ball of your foot.
  21. Heavy bags ore a good choice over hitting air. When hitting air you do not develop a proper sense of what real contact will be like. Hitting a bag helps you to develop strength.
