My sensei said "It would be very easy for me to sit here and say, don’t let it worry you, are grading are base on kata kumite kihon etc". He said his from different branch so the sensei did not see they pefroming or those people try hard thats why they've graded, are grading date are every 3 months which 550-750 student goes there or some are not been ask by sensei if they want to grade and went alone. -

I have a rivalry too am 15 hes 15 just two weeks older my techniqu and his are equal when we spar is quite spetacular most student watch us when we fight, but I just just win it, 3 months later he has a new block which the other hands he use it to block his face and the other to block his lower body it is much harder to penatred through his defence, and when i give him a good weighted kick he grab my leg and unbalanced me and use a spinning back kick counter attacks and everything...but guess what my techniq is far better now and I beat him yesterday without jogging around like mad like I alwasy do. -
Sparring is diffrent from real fight, so be relaxed gained more exprencie always count good footwork, never freeze if you do your oponent have the chance to strike, never tired youself out a good techniqes always win against strenth, use diffrent kinds of tenchqie during sparrings and time it diffrently. Hope it helps.

My club closed at Christmas so i practse so much of worrying am not getting into my shaped when i went back I was the fittest heyeye yeah!!! -
Do you think people do the splits full splits in lessons when strecthing are show offs??? Some student told me that I was a show off I told them it is to increasds my flexibility and decresde injuries and others called me silly. My Sensei says its good for you and if you can do it do it. My Sensei always suppot me every sensei. But I cannot accept people saying that, so am not doing other type of spectacular kicks splits etc in lesson, so am strecthing at home than go to lesson.
