a few ppl have already said addiction and its true hhmmmm...... wonder which is harder to get off of after a few years crack or ma?

atleast u have something in common and as for not working hard enough for having a gf there would ur grades slip if u had a girlfriend in class? my guess is u'd probably get better because u have someone there to help and probably explain it better and be more helpful (unless of course ur just alot better than she is in which case u get to help some one else out, but dont let it get in the way of ur own training) i'm not saying anything bad about ur teacher but if ur in a class then he/she wont get as much one-on-one time but if it does get in the way of ur classes ur gonna have to choose a) a cute girl b)martial arts if u have to choose one, love it and be dedicated; that goes for both the girl and the style u practise

this isnt really about any particular style but where i'm from EVERY STYLE in martial arts is called karate it's actually very annoying when u say muay thai and when somebody ask u about a week later its transformed into karate (by the way in case u havent guessed i'm from the south)

u know, with my luck, i'd be the one walking beside the tracks and the train would come by and a " filled" pair of pants and boxers would fly out and hit me

hey i'm lookin for a dojo or anything in the lower half of west tennessee or somewhere extremely close i already know of hamm's martial arts but they dont teach straight muay thai thanks if u can help

u could save ur money and go on a trip to a foreign country just when u come back either keep training with what u already know or do ur wrestling thing u must be good at it or like it u said u've been doin it since u was 4

if ur sparring with a friend and u want to keep this friend dont hit the ears and the position i have in my head for that first question would seem like he/she is tryin to tickle u, which isnt a very good position to be in in a real fight or bout

two of my uncles are cops and i've been around their friends and cops do tend to get a big head and push their authority beyond what it actually is tho he should've had more patients and waited to see if they were going to get more physical; then beat them down although god help him when he gets to his dojo

haha i go to a christian dojo not really christian its actually called Karate for Christ (which is something i dont quite understand seing how they dont actually teach karate) this basically is the same circumstance as religions themselves alot of religions teach not to kill;but christians, jews, muslims, etc., etc., etc., have all been in wars with each other in the past and does the words salem witch trial ring a bell? they were christians and if they took some quiet time to relax (like say meditating) they might've realized that they weren't actually witches and probably shouldn't kill them and to the first question i dont think martial arts is a religion unless u think that there is a martial art God and think that training and fighting is ur way of praying then it becomes a religion
