if van dammes come out with a new movie i hope it comes out like "bloodsports" it was one of the best Martial artist movies ive seen at the time .. it kinda did inspire me to join the martial arts .. so i hope he comes out with a M.A movie that is tournament wise with hardcore rules that would be NIceE

i dont think any katas would cause harm .. its just the dumest thing to think about .. unless some katas has secret ways of messing up ur body organs .. that made it so americans would get ill and die . cuz the asians didnt want the americans to learn karate because they thought they would use it against them .. but overall i dont think its just all bull shi* ...that it will harm u

YEAAAAAAAAA I WOULD LOVE A GIRL THAT DOES MARTIAL ARTS .. IN EVERY KARATE TOURNAMENT I SEE THERE IS ALWAYS A COUPLE OF CUTE GIRLS .. I CANT TALK TO THEM BECAUSE IM TO BUSY STRETCHING AND WORKING ON MY TECHNIQUES BUT I WOULD PROBABLY MARRY A KARATE ( GIrl ) martial artist .. but theres none in my dojo they all quite too early .. i dont like the weak martial artist females . but the strong ones who dont give up . Get at me if u are intrested lol .. in NY area

i been practicing shito ryu for almost 8 - 9 months and only thing ive seen so far is that they have alot of katas i've never been to other styles of karate . only shotokan that seems similar . shito ryu uses more nekoashi dashi ( cat stance ) in there katas its there main stance . from what ive been taught .

My common mistake is not counter attacking while a opponent has strucking and ive blocked and has me leaving with a open shot to the stomach or face . also my sweeping techniques are noticible so i hardly cant use them .. also with my ankle injury from sparring im scared that i might get it snapped again .. OH WELL .. I KEEP GOING TILL I FEEL IM THE BEST
