  1. You learn by trial and error but everyone needs a mentor. Even if it is just once a week you need someone of equal or higher rank to help you with your view from the outisde looking in. On your own, it is impossible to reach your peak potential... much better than nope but it was a y/n question....... one first answers the question then follows with input when needed.

  6. The true weakness is not realizing where you create an opening, other than that everything can be adjusted.

  9. Once again, depends on the size of the block. Breaking blocks aren't the same as building blocks.

  12. Concrete is not that strong, depends on the size of the surface. Take a pencil made out of bone and one made out of concrete. Which would break? Bone would be a bitch to snap in half. Concrete wouldn't take much to snap. Now on to your story.... If one uses incorrect tech, then of course they are going to break their hand. When you have to objects hitting one another, it comes down f/m and a. Another factor is surface area. In other words a slow sloppy strike equals uselessness and pain.
