  8. It's not spam. They have a graphic battle board. You put your link in your signature. So when you start making killer graphics and beating a lot of people in graphic battles then people will probably click the link in the signature.

  12. ^ I don't have room in my bag to carry a lunch, and there is no way I'm gonna eat that crap at school. I'ts okay though because soon I'll be in highschool and be able to go off campus for food.

  14. In the morning I eat a bowl of honey nut cherios or rasin brand. I usually skip lunch at school, because all the food sucks and why should I waste my money. I come hom and I either eat a hot dog or a hot pocket. Then for dinner I'll usually eat some sort of pasta or meat. The average dinner around here is. Tacos, spagetti, hamburger helper, hamburgers (rarley), those are the most recentt I can rember. That's what I have been eating. Recently I'll come home and eat a banna or an apple. For the morning I'll have a orange and unbutterd toast. Then for dinner the usual.
  15. Alright. In case anyone is wondering, I've never worked out in my life so this is different for me. I'll take your guys' advice in mind.
  16. I just looked on their website. There was a thing that youc ould request the channle to be on your tv. I used the thing. Has anyone used it and been successful? I really want this on my tv.
  17. No I mean like every muscle on my body is sore. I can barily breath because my chest and back is so sore. Shoud it go away after a day? So I can continue to work out the next day? I mean like alternate days.
  18. Cool I just signed up. My advice is if you are really good at graphics. Go over to gtaforums and post them in that section. Those guys would flock to those forums.
  19. I just worked out yesterday. I mean I ran some laps in my backyard and did some cardio stuff. And I am so sore I can barley breath my muschles hurt so bad. I don't think I'll be able to do karate. Should I even bother trying anymore?
  20. I'm going to try and eat more fruits. I just can't eat the vegies. I don't know why though. I'll talk to my doctor about it.

  24. I really don't eat a lot of vegtables. I also don't eat very much during the week. Usually when I do eat it consist of a wheat or meat of some sort, ocasionally fruit(i've been trying to get fruit into my diet more. The reason I don't eat vegtables is I just can't, no mattter what vegtable it is it makes me gag. I litterally spent the last day or two trying corn, letuce, celery, carots, green beans and brocoli and literally everyone of them made me gag, the carots actually made me vomit. So I was wondeirng would taking a multi-vitamin substituit for the vegtables?
  25. Alright thanks to everyone for their advice, I'm going to get started doing what iolair said tonight. I'll also probably get my bike out this week end, I can't run but I can go around 15 miles on the bike before i get winded, so I'll put it in a high gear and ride around my block.
