yeah its a technique my sifu showed us. its when u for example do fitting defences like pak sao or similiar. but u first do a special waving action. i dont know what is called. its quite effective though and it gives me the opportunity to do chain punching right in the center of my sparring partner.

its true but i found a technique thats more effective. to my opinion.

yeah i think i am the brick type a girl waved at me today and i didnt react cause i thought she wanted to play some joke on me then my friends called me an idiot and i noticed how negative i think about women. must have been caused in my youth by some kind of incident or something. cause everytime i see a woman i get negative emotions the same as if someone wanted to pick on me. weird.
