  3. Thanks for the Answers. Well aslong as it does not stand in way of my Wing Chun I will try it out.I think it will give me a great advantage if I get to know more of the techniques and get more indepth experience of the way grapplers think and work.

  12. no it is not vito,think of the classical wing chun from the yip man lineage for example.It is very practical and traditional.I am assuming that you mean no nonsense with practical in a street defense sense.It all just depends on the art and how you interpret what is taught to you.thats my opinion.

I am getting to be tested for fourth grade in wing chun this friday.i just thought everyone could post ideas how to be calm during the test.maybe a good reverence for anyone who has to take a test then too. drunken monkey said that concentrating on ones breathing is helpfull. (sorry for the spelling its 3:15 am here in germany )
  15. i totally agree with your last post thaiboxerken.it can really give you bad habits if you spar without trying to apply the techniques properly.
  16. It all depends on the dojo.The problem is that there are more karate mc dojos around than muay thai has.Pheraps that gives the wrong image.

  19. here where i live its kinda funny because lots of 13 year old "wannabe gangsters" live here.they start staring at me and try to look dangerous.then i just walk on and stare in their eyes all of the time.it takes about 5 seconds until they look at their own feet kinda funny when it is something harmless like that. i am sorry to hear that 47martial man.
