Stretch and pop

Featured Replies

I started TKD two months ago, and have been doing lots of stretching.

One stretch in particular that is serving a problem is split with toes pointed in air, and sometimes split with feet on ground.

On my right leg, running right under the shin bone down to the ankle, a nerve keeps popping. It isn't going away either.

I should be asking a doctor, I know, but wanted to pose it here first.

Thats really all the info I can give. Anyone else have anything similar?

I've had popping occur in my hip joints, but never with a nerve, and certainly not under the shin.

Are you rotating your ankle at all when this happens?

I agree with you though, you should see a doctor...I've never heard anything like that before.

No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard.
