karate_woman
I put 100% dojo, but I have periodically trained with weightover the years. I just can't be motivated to go to the gym like I am at the dojo. The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. -Lao-Tse
Martial_Artist
I train at home: 100%. Approx. 2 hrs a day. I have my own equipment for strength training and aerobic training. My backyard is where I train, I have a nice little training area. I used to teach outdoors in the Philippines, but I didn't train where I taught. benedictbm
With my school work and karate i don't have time to even think of a gym....though i do many people that wanna get "buff" and all. With my gym class at school and regular warm ups at my dojo i am becoming "buff" a lot quicker than they are. So i guess whatever results you want depend on where you train. BoxerScott
Both... A proper workout should last no longer than 45 minutes. I generally workout 3-4 time a week, 45 minutes (workout at my gym) then rest 2 hours and go do 2 hours of MA at my dojo. -Boxer ScottBoxingIwama Aikido
