Something was brought up in another area that suggested this to me. How much of your training time is spent in the dojo or in the gym doing other fitness activities?

Edited by SaiFightsMS

I get about 3-6 hours a week in the dojo, 3 hours of weights, and a buttload of whenever I can misc. training.

I'm in the dochang 12-18 hours a week, weightroom about 4-6. You need 70/30, 30/70 options up there!

Might as well take my advice--I don't use it anymore.

5 hours a week in the gym and 5-8 hours in the dojo and diff. types of misc. training on the weekends.
Right now I'm 100% dojo. Last summer I was 50/50 with dojo/gym and I loved it!! But during the school year I just don't have time to hit the gym. :bawling:

wait, no it doesn't. but we do a lot of pushups and bag work :)

I'm no longer posting here. Adios.

When I was training, it was only in a gym. I guess I can't vote
bottom option there, buddy.

If you can't laugh at yourself, there's no point. No point in what, you might ask? there's just no point.

Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.

OK now I think someones messing with my mind. When I first read this that was't there. Or maybe it was.

Anyways, I'll vote now :P
