April 14, 200323 yr Something was brought up in another area that suggested this to me. How much of your training time is spent in the dojo or in the gym doing other fitness activities? Edited April 15, 200323 yr by SaiFightsMS

April 15, 200323 yr I'm in the dochang 12-18 hours a week, weightroom about 4-6. You need 70/30, 30/70 options up there! Might as well take my advice--I don't use it anymore.
April 15, 200323 yr 5 hours a week in the gym and 5-8 hours in the dojo and diff. types of misc. training on the weekends.
April 15, 200323 yr Right now I'm 100% dojo. Last summer I was 50/50 with dojo/gym and I loved it!! But during the school year I just don't have time to hit the gym. 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003 No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard.

April 15, 200323 yr bottom option there, buddy. If you can't laugh at yourself, there's no point. No point in what, you might ask? there's just no point. Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.
