Dynamic stretches in the morning everyday?

 

Not a good idea in my opinion, as far as I know (I am quite flexible especially for a lad) dynamic stretching doesn't actually make you anymore flexible, its just a way of testing your flexibility.

 

I NEVER do dynamics and if I did I would only do them after stretching normally (after a warm up ofcourse :)).

 

Feel free to correct me if I am wrong because im not 100% sure, but everything I read about dynamic stretching seems to suggest that it can do more harm than good.

keep stretching, and you will get that flexibility back, good luck and congrats on getting back to training!
