sensei8 Posted May 10, 2022 Posted May 10, 2022 Feel out of my tub Saturday night when one of the grab handles gave away sending me out and down on the bathroom floor!!Tore down the shower rod, shower curtain, and toilet storage trying not to fall!!Bruised up my tailbone!! Real graceful!! **Proof is on the floor!!!

sensei8 Posted May 11, 2022 Author Posted May 11, 2022 I went to Urgent Care, had some X-Rays done. The preliminary findings are that I've NOT fractured/broken my tailbone; just bruised it. Waiting for final findings from a Radiation Doctor to know for sure one way or another. **Proof is on the floor!!!
sensei8 Posted May 12, 2022 Author Posted May 12, 2022 No phone calls from Urgent Care. Was feeling pretty good yesterday, but this morning I can't sit back without level 5 pain in my tailbone. **Proof is on the floor!!!

aurik Posted May 14, 2022 Posted May 14, 2022 I once did the same thing when I slipped and whacked my ribs on the side of the tub. Embarrassed the heck out of myself and bruised the heck out of my side. Glad you weren’t seriously hurt. sensei8 Posted May 14, 2022 Author Posted May 14, 2022 thank you everyone for your kind words. Still having to sit up quite a lot to ease the pressure on both my tailbone and butt; I sit up more than not. Healing from a bruise isn't an over the night kind of thing...unfortunately. Not even any fun at times to drive the car because to drive, as we all know, I have to sit down to drive. The time it took to type this post, I now have to sit up. MOMMY!! **Proof is on the floor!!!
bushido_man96 Posted May 14, 2022 Posted May 14, 2022 Sorry to hear that, Bob, but glad it's not more serious. Tailbone injuries are horrible things. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
