hansenator Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 I was searching for "strength training for kung fu" on google and came to the site http://www.shaolintraining.com/strength-and-power-training where it mentions frog jumps and Cossack jumps. I'm not really sure what those are, I've looked online a bit but it seems that everyone does them differently. Does anyone know how the Shaolin guys do those exercises?
Nidan Melbourne Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 I have no idea how they do these exercises as they would do these from a young age. And most likely the Shoalin Monks may not have shared how they do them
vaporman Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 ''And most likely the Shoalin Monks may not have shared how they do them''The net is great to learn things but some things can and probably are missing from the net..A good friend lived and trained with shaolin monks and some things my friend told me were simply not on the net after looking. Inca Warriors - Warriors of the Inca people were brainwashed for many years to forget fear completely until they became fearless to everything and then they were officially a warrior.
